 Intrinsic Value Asset Management (IVAM) was founded by Ken Luskin after a fifteen-year career with Wall Street investment banks Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney, and Bear Stearns. IVAM has been managing separate accounts since January, 1998.  We are presently accepting accredited investors into a private fund.

IVAM is a licensed investment advisor in the state of California.
 
 

IVAM INVESTMENT STRATEGY:

By exploiting the inherent pricing inefficiencies of micro-cap medical/bio/technology stocks, IVAM produces the rewards of venture capital investing while minimizing the risks. IVAM greatly reduces risk by investing only in companies that are trading close to their liquid net worth per share.  Careful, proactive, and independent research unlocks hidden opportunities created by an impatient, momentum-crazed, and quarterly-performance-minded Wall Street community. A willingness to manage a small amount of money (by Wall Street standards) produces profits from stocks overlooked by portfolio managers with greater liquidity requirements.  IVAM has the professional experience, discipline, and confidence to take positions in relatively unknown, little followed, and otherwise "orphaned" companies that can produce grand slam performance.
